All shoes or clothing purchased from Grail City or it's affiliates will ship within three business days of the original purchase. All purchased items can be returned within five days of delivery date with all tags intact. Returns will not be approved if such tags are removed or items show any damage or wear. Buyers are responsible for providing their own shipping material, that may include but is not limited to packing materials, return labels and boxes. We may not approve your return if the purchased products are not in the condition of which they were sold.
